Synopsis

Twelve-year-old Raymond is abandoned by his parents in a new state, leaving him to fend for himself with only his dog, Rosie. Living in the woods behind his school, Raymond relies on his survival skills and keeps his situation a secret. As winter approaches, he forms unexpected friendships, including with a curious coyote, learning that trust is key to his survival.
